you haven't any longer stated how old you're.... in actuality, there are various stuff on our physique which we are able to alter or regulate.... yet you height isnt one in each and every of them!!! i'm 5ft 7", and it use to concern me one time... yet right this moment, i'm rather chuffed being this height. so some distance as Im conscious, the only way you could regulate your height is via operation.... which is composed of breaking your leg bones and inbetween is further with steel form rods... which will make you taller. i'm no longer a hundred% with this tips.. even though it rather is a handbook. no longer some thing i might propose yet many midgets have carried out this and characteristic grown a minimum of 0.5 a foot... some possibly greater beneficial than that. Be pleased with your height..... each and all of the terrific!!!

It strengthens the legs but it compacts the the spine from the constant jarring. So it will actually make you shrink. Do stretching exercises for the back like pull ups and arm hangs things to that affect

If anything it may make you shrink a bit. I am serious. I am an avid runner and my last physical I was half an inch shorter and the doctor attributed it to running. She said the constant impact had made my leg joints compress a bit. She said I may regain the lost height if I laid off the running, but if not, not to worry about it.

No, it can't make you grow taller although exercise helps strengthen your bones...what gets stretched are muscles, and long muscles don't make you taller...it's your frame/skeleton that controls your height (unless you wear high heeled shoes and tease your hair)...
Keep up the milk and exercise though..those things are good for you!

No.
You will grow as tall as you are supposed to grow. No more, no less.
Stretching stretches your muscles, not your bones.
OK, OK, I admit, you may grow 1.5mm taller, but I only say that so no one will argue stupidly with me over the miniscule amount that is possible to have your body stretched.
But jogging, no.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise) will help you to grow taller if you are still young enough to be growing. However, if you're already in your mid 20's. You are what you're going to be.

No I don't think so. In fact, I would think that running would put a compacting force on your legs and actually make you smaller!
