Whats the best way to relieve muscle tightness in the back which is causing horrendous pain, I have tried the gels etc but its not working. Anyone know any techniques or medication which will help.

i removed a direct-vent fireplace from our family room and have to remove the venting and fill the hole in the wall. What type of insulation should I use behind the drywall? Is it OK to just use expanding foam insulation for the hole? I currently have fibreglass batt insulation in the wall
