how do I fix a table that the finish to coming off in a few areas?

I have 3 end tables and the finish is not wearing well. The blemished areas are into the grain.

I think I would sand the tops of all three tables down to clean wood then refinish them again it is not that hard

Try Old English, works great

Just remembered what it is called, Old English Scratch and dent, Wal-mart sells it. Comes in dark and light.

go to home Depot or some store of that type and get the same color you want and fill it in it might help to take a picture of your project with you
