England is one of the 'Reigons', but used to be a sovereign country. Britain is the union of England, Wales and Scotland. The United Kingdom is Britain plus Northern Ireland

(I'm not referring to the asker, but rather some of those who answered)
Great Britain is the ISLAND upon which sit the countries of Wales, Scotland and ENGLAND!
The group of islands (Orkneys, Shetlands, Isle of Wright, Isle of Man, Great Britain, Ireland etc.,) is called the "British Isles"
The UNION of COUNTRIES (or "Kingdom" if you prefer) which is made up of England, Wales, Scotland and the northern part of Ireland is therefore called: the UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
Geezuz Kristuz, I'm from Mexico, and even I know that!
