You can't see porn in Morpheus but it can be downloaded from there and viewed elsewhere; it ussaly comes in the form of a picture or movie, which typically is any file with the extension: .avi, .mpg, .mov, .jpg, .gif, .rm
Block those file extensions in Morpheus and no porn will be downloadable.
As for websites, the web browser,etc.. I would use a program like parental filter to block porn.

I'd type some here, but they'd be blocked... Use any parental control program. They have some words you'd never think of.
