Well im really big into running for my freshman year in highschool i ran crosscountry indoor and outdoor track but when outdoor track ended i stoped running for about 2 months i started up again in july but it was really hard for me since i had not ran in sometime so i just did 3 miles everyday pretty much since now i was wondering if this was a smart idea and start my real training when crosscountry begins or should i have really been trainnig over the summer?

first of all i should say im not american,but i like americ(for many reasons)and i m not specially supporter of bush(i like him)i have a problem with american democrats.why their opinions about bush,america.terrorist and....is more like anti-american!!!they dont know that their ideas disturb american imagine in the world there must be a difference between anti-usa opinions and democrat opinions??but i dont see any deffernces,,please help me ,my be i dont see this differences!!some times i more defend america than democrat(i see this when i compare my answers with democrats answers)i hope you get my point,sorry for my weak english...p
