Don't do something cheesy like doing it on a ball park board. Just tell her that you want to spend your life with her, and ask her to marry you. Keep it simple, but don't embarass her by doing it in front of a lot of people and putting her on the spot. That would be the worst.

This is not a question you should be asking others. You need to come up with our own way of asking not anyone for ideas.
You want it to be special. Then do it your way or you can look back and remember others told you how. Not a smart way to begin the rest of your life.
