How do I evict a tenant who has trashed the premises? e.g. junk cars, garbage, 16" high lawns, oil soaked soil, etc.. He has paid the rent so far, but just gave me notice. His rent is due 8-21-2006, but I doubt I'll see it.

This study shows that conservative's favor the rich and look down upon the working class. It shows the link between communism, nazism, and conservatives. They concluded conservatives are out of date, and want to maintain the status quo.

Is this why nutcase neo-cons are expected to lose 4-1 this election? They didn't think liberals would win last election. Could conservatism be a form of mental illness?

Hey guys about a month ago I started getting a little bit of heel pain that would come on for an hour or so and then leave. I only had a few attacks before, but since last night my heel has been hurting a lot whenever I walk on it. It just came on suddenly, it's not from exercise or anything like that. What could cause this? thanks

I am seven months pregnant and for the past two months at work, my boss has been making comments like, "You don't look so good; I don't think you'll make it till October." (when I had planned to leave on paid maternity.)

Today, she told me that today would be my last day! She said with the "way I had been feeling", she didn't think it would be in my best interest to stay until October. Keep in mind that I had never complained about the way I had been feeling to her or anyone I work with.

She told me that she had hired someone to work my hours starting on Monday. This is blatant pregnancy discrimination. I can file for unemployment, but the issue here is that what she did is illegal and I want to make her see that. Can I sue the company?

He dumped me but he said that I was really important for him and he wanted to continue our relationship if it's ok with me. It wasn't for a couple of days but now I'm ok. And he really is my good friend. But did he really mean it or was he just trying to ease my pain? If he does mean it should I call him first or should I wait for his call, since he's the one who broke up?? I don't want to bother him if he really doesn't want to.

Her heart has only 2 chambers working and putting her to sleep for the operation would probably kill her. Yet, if that eye blows out, she will be in a lot of pain. My 10 year old daughter is begging me to save her, even if I feel like we should just put her down. I am so torn as to what the right thing to do is. Has anyone else ever had this happen to thier pet? Would my daughter hate me for putting down a pet she has had almost her whole life? Why do vets charge so much money knowing folks love their pets, but can't afford such high costs as this?
