The damned Microsoft wouldn't load any of the .pdf files, saying they were corrupted. Has anyone got any better program ideas?

my brother got mad at me yesterday. he was singing a song and i asked him to stop because it was annoying. then he was telling me about his friends' kids, and i listened, but then i got up to go to the bathroom, he asked if he was boring me, and i jokingly said 'yes'

later, he said 'has anyone ever told you that honesty is not always the best policy'

he's not stuck up or insecure, he wouldnt say something like that to me if i hadnt geniuinly hurt his feelings,
which makes me think that maybe i make more comments then i think i do. i always thought i was a nice person, even if i do usually speak my mind. but maybe im going too far with it?

How can I tell if my honesty is hurting people? its not like im down right rude. i dont go around telling people theyre ugly or fat. I dont make fun of people. so what am i doing wrong?

hi all,
I am 27 yeasr old man ,and I started love relationship with a girls 4 years ago, we still are together but I really dont love her, I tried 3 or 4 times to end this relationship but I couldn't because she love me and I think it is unfair to cut this relationship ,so, what do you think it is right to continue this relationship or it is better to cut it now,? how can I end this relationship?

So many who claim to walk a righteous path use the tools a hate to inspire fear of another man, and by doing so subjugate power over you. By accepting that the Muslims are evil, and seeking to destroy them, you ignore the message of Christ. When did war become a Christ like value? A girl I work with was written up for not attending a mandatory meeting that she was on her way to but got stuck in traffic.My supervisor told me to "smarten up" with my work when she thought I didn't do the windows.She told me they had people lined up for the job.She said another girl would get into trouble for not answerin her phone when she called.Whenever she calls me she sounds like she is threatening me and I feel like I'm being harassed by her.She keeps switching what her excuse is for different situations.She makes it seem as though I will get into trouble for missing one little spot in my cleaning.She said I was getting a verbal warning for not picking the white paint chips off the mauve baseboards, which she never told me to do anyway.I talked to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything about the way she acts unless we confront her in a meeting together.I wanted it to be anonymous.I come home crying all the time and want to just quit, but I need the $.What can I do?

should we eliminate the the maximum blood level, and follow the Europian method, as well as the system for U.S. commercial drivers and pilots, that when you drink, you don't drive for 10 hours? It would eliminate the "Am I to drunk to drive or not?" which even off-duty police officers have trouble with. With a specific time range, you know that you don't drive for so many hours after drinking. I would even recommend eleminating the 2 or 3 A.M. closing times for bars, to encourage people to back the proposal. England has eliminated specific closing times for bars, just this last Spring. What do you think?
