im in the 8th grade and i have size 12 feet. I have to buy mens shoes because i can't find women's shoes in my size. Is this normal?? Or are my feet freakishly huge?

I work in a job where I manage hourly employees. Corporate says I am not allowed to elaborate on why the employee is fired in fear of a lawsuit. How are people going to improve if they never learn what they did wrong? I am hoping that people take a moment to reflect on what we went over when they were repremanded prior to termination, but is it more likely that they just see me as a jerk and there is nothing wrong with their performance.

My daughter has VERY tight curly hair and also has a VERY sensitive scalp. Her hair is beautiful when she lets me do it, but it usually results in fighting and tears on both ends! I'm white and her father is black ... she has the curl but its soft... but OH SO TIGHT! Has anyone had this experience and also I'm thinking about keeping it VERY short, maybe a 1/2 to shorter until she's older and able to do it herself or maybe at least until it doesnt hurt her so much. ANY advise on this topic would be greatly apreciatied. Thank you! Btw, She's 3!

Currently it is up for debate that Pluto should be reinstated to a planet status and that "planet" should be anything that is "round" and "revolves around the sun." This would definition would also cause an increase to the number of planets in our solar system and possible increases in the future. Do you agree with this proposal?

In my opinion, the 'new' solar system is nothing more than a load of crap. The 'expersts' insisted on adding 'planets' to our solar system because they felt like it.

The only real current planets in the solar syster are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jubiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Xena.

Cerest is just an asteroid, its located in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jubiter, it is only titled planet becuase itsthe biggest asteroid known. But if Cerest can be called a planet, then why not name ALL the asteroids planets? Its just stupid.

And charon is nothing more than Pluto's moon.
