I made a purchase from mysticcaravan.com and they never sent the product, nor have they responded to my messages. What can I do to get my refund?

Search the Better Business Bureau Web site for a business’s reliability report. It is important to see that a business’s prior complaints are resolved.

Anyone who has a Web site must register it with a directory or registry. To find out who really owns a site, just enter the address of the Web site and click Submit.

And do contact your credit card company.

I had this problem before with another company. I contacted the BBB and everything, but the site disappeared and I never got my money back. I waited too long though, if you are early enough you might be able to do something. Contact the BBB and they will help you.

chances are you paid by credit card right? well file a non-fullfilled item and dispute that charge with your credit card provider.
