Since my last weigh in, my scale has said I gained 7 lbs...in one week. I have been binge eating all week and get weighed in on Wednesday.

My question is, how did/do you recover from a binge eating episode?

I am just upset because my scale has said that I am actually 5 lbs heavier than my start weight. It might not seem like a big deal, but it is when you were 4 lbs from goal and gained it all back.

I saw in a message board talking about Israel and Lebanon about how the 22nd is the supposed day when the 12th iman of the shiites will rise which signifies the end of the world? I hadn't heard of this before and didn't know it was true or not or just something someone put in a board.

Ok this is a 2 part question and a little odd. Im looking for 2 (or 1) piece of software that can do the following (and any hardware I may need to achieve this).

1. A piece of software where I can HUM or SING a tune and it will pick up the notes.

2. A piece of software (and the HW required) to plug in an electric guitar and it be able to produce the guitar tab/chord structures being played.

For number 1 (freeware would be great) but just names would be good. Bit of an odd request but why not give it a shot here.
