Just be sincere about your diet plan and exercise regime. And do go too rigid with your weight watch plans. That will make you feel depressed and depression could make you put on extra pounds.

Yep. Stick to it and if you fall off for one day, just get right back on the next. Keep in mind, you will drop slowly, but surely.
Oh and you don't actually have to go to the meetings. Just buy the books. If you can do it on your own at him without the meetings then that would save you money. Some of their meals are really good too.

You should definitely look into it , I lost 64 pounds since March 1st this year by going to weight watchers and exercising at curves gym . GO FOR IT YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Follow the plan, drink your water, and eat 6 smaller meals rather they 3 big ones. drink water while you ar eating and eat slow

its a great program if you have the money ,the dues,food are around $300.00 a month and you get 1 week's of food free everything is premade you just pop in in the microwave
