Does anyone know where my girlfriend can get one of these surgeries done for free? Even if it's like Med students overseen by doctors? I live in Northeast Ohio so it would have to be somewhere close. She really wants it done but she doesn't have any kind of insurance and she is more than 100 pounds overweight. Serious answers only, please.

On the same wall I have a switch and an outlet.
In the box with the switch, I have a red wire, black wires (coming from the top and bottom), white wires (top and bottom), and ground wires.
In the outlet, I have the same.
In the switch, I have the red on the top, the black on the bottom - so that when the switch is turned on to the up(on) position, it is turning on the red. Off is turned to the black wire. The black wire I have connected to the switch is the one coming from the top of the box.
In the outlet, I have both the white (neutrals) hooked up to the left side screws (silver screws), the red hooked up to the bottom right (gold) screw, the black coming from the bottom to the top right (gold) screw. The tab is gone between the two gold screws.
Problem is that power is flowing in the red wires (I can plug in a light and it will turn on and off with the switch), now that I have broken the tab, neither black wire will allow power to flow to the other outlets down the line.help

Sorry Mom, you had it all wrong. I am the one everyone turns to when they need something. A shoulder to cry on, advice on their problems. Meanwhile, I am the one who gets dragged through the mud, discounted, passed over and abused. Is it freon or a thermostat? I'm not good with appliances so I don't know what the problem could be. I'm also afraid that my refrigerator might lose cold air as well. It's been a month and a half since I was supposed to get my last period. I'v had it since I was 10 (I'm 15 now)and It's been regular for the entire time i'v been getting it. ( almost exactly 28 days later.) I'd think I was pregnant, but I've never had sex. I'm even throwing up a lot, as if i was getting morning sickness. I'v wanted to ask my mom or someone, but I'm afraid that they'll think that I'm lying that I'm a virgin. I'm to scared to check the symptoms on the computer because my mom checks my search history. I always wondered this.
In math there is addition, multiplication, and powers, and they are reversed with subtraction, division, and logrithms, respectively. They are also connected like this:
in Powers, 4^5 is simply, 4*4*4*4*4,
and in multiplication, 4*5 is simply 4+4+4+4+4
So my question is...is there a function past powers, for example
4^4^4^4^4 can be simplified into a new type of function. Does this type of function exist? Obviously this is a ridiculously large number, but I thought that maybe there might be a theoretical use for it...
