Probably the owner of the land on which the tree had been growing.
If I had a big nice broad Oak Tree, and it fell on a muslim, that would mean my tree was dead.

Yes, they would. All Muslims are not terrorists as some people have been saying on here. And all terrorists are not Muslim. Muslim is a religion. We can't put down anyone for the way they believe.

Well poor taste in your question, but honestly Arabs kill numerous amounts of their own people daily and yet when one or two are killed by "westerners" they cry and raise holy hell about it. So basically they are hypocrites and want attention.
