I use to can tomatos just the tomato and salt and than i would just hot pack them and let them sit on the counter. Does anyone else do that or do you all boil the jars?

Well I had a ultrasound yesterday. And I am suppose to be 4 weeks and 5 days but they didn't see anything not even a sac but they did tell my cervix is thicking like its suppose to. The did my hcg numbers yesterday and it was 1397 and they will do another tomorrow. So my question is does this happen to alot of women or could this be another tubal pregnancy?
