hey buddy as u r 35 year old better u have a good trainer for u coz in ages u dont know if u r having any physical problem or not so for this consult a physician also...n if u r all right not much obese or some thing than u can start any day.........but follow strict routine to get a good shape

Here 's the deal. At your age if u start working out to get a good body, chances are u're gonna hurt yrself. Don't over do it. It takes time. U're not the 19 year old kid that can lift weights like feathers anymore. Persistence is the key. Go often. WOrkout often. But don't over work yrself in one session. U willl get a good body but it takes time and discipline.

You're just a KID!!! So get out there and get to work. At 54, damn near 55, I look back when I was your age and I was in my peak athletic state, so, depending on your physical condition and whether you smoke or drink alcohol excessively or have too much cholesterol, (and I'd highly recommend a quick medical checkup on this!!) you're just wasting time sitting at your computer asking questions. GIT!!! You've got a helluva lot of good athletic years left, and, if I were your age, and hadn't lost one leg in a railroad accident, I'd be musclin' up!!! Enjoy!! I do more than enough outdoor activity with my good prosthetic leg now, so you get moving and "muscle up"!!! God Bless you.

I'd have to agree that it's never too late but it's not going to be as easy. I'm not saying that you're old old but you are a little behind the power curb. Try using your age as a motivating factor: When you see all the twenty-something guys strutting their stuff know that you'll look just as good as any of them. ;o)

It is never to late, Just do cardio for at least 20 minutes a day and do weight lifting where you want to buff up, also if you want clearer faster results drink a nutrition drink like "oveltine" it works and i love it. The better nutricion you have the better clearer and possibly faster results.

It's never too late! You may want to work with a trainer or at least find a friend to work out with you. The hardest part is staying motivated.
