Well I had a ultrasound yesterday. And I am suppose to be 4 weeks and 5 days but they didn't see anything not even a sac but they did tell my cervix is thicking like its suppose to. The did my hcg numbers yesterday and it was 1397 and they will do another tomorrow. So my question is does this happen to alot of women or could this be another tubal pregnancy?

I was 4 weeks when you could see the yolk and all... my ultrasound tech does 3d/4d ultrasounds so his equipment is higher... maybe call one in your area and see if they do that

I had an early ultrasound with my first son. I was about six weeks and they saw a small sac, but no fetal pole. I had another one a week later, and there he was! I would think that 4-5 weeks would be pretty early to see one. Your due date could have also been miscalculated.

I had an internal ultrasound at 5 weeks, and they could see the sac and the beating heart. Ask to have an internal ultrasound...its way more accurate than on the outside

My friends Ob doesnt recommand having an ultrsound until the HCG levels are over 5000. So maybe after yours are 5000 have another ultrasound.

You could have had a bad sonographer who did not really know what to look for. They should have seen a sac already though, mine was seen at 4 weeks. It may also depend if you have the wrong date.

I was 7 weeks with my first and they seen a yolk and everything. I was 5 weeks with my second and they seen everything.

Don't be worried though, lots of times you can't see anything for a while. If the Dr.s isn't worried you shouldn't be either.
