What exactly causes this and more importantly what can I do to get myself going again besides getting more sleep? Right now I feel incredibly stupid and am having trouble concentrating on my work.

This morning I was talking to an American woman. And when she first spoke to me I thought just for a slight second that she was Irish. I have noticed this with some of the American accents that they have a slight Irish dialect about them.
Is this me or is it some part of the American culture-or am I imagining this (I hope not)

I was recently diagnosed with Dysfunctional Vaginal Bleeding due to a suspected hormone imbalance. I was perscribed Ortho Tricyclen Lo to treat this disorder. Should I feel guilty for taking this medication? Is the pill anything close to having an abortion? I have never taken birth control pills before because of the fear that it was similiar to abortion since I think the egg is actually able to be fertilized. Anyone have and opinion about this? Also, I would like to start trying to have another child sometime next year, will this condition or treatment effect my odds?

I never hear Muslims take a stand against terror. Since the Muslim name is so tarnished you would think they would speak out more and get out into society and prove their peace movements.Since they don't , that tells me they must secretly advocate this reign of terror-

I am starting to plan my Halloween costume and I think that I want to be a green absinth fairy. Does anyone have a good costume idea for me and know of any good vintage clothing stores in NYC to buy costume pieces from? I was thinking of using a green top hat, bustier, wings and flowy skirt.
