Can anyone recommend a good vintage clothing store in NYC for my Absinthe Fairy Halloween costume?

I am starting to plan my Halloween costume and I think that I want to be a green absinth fairy. Does anyone have a good costume idea for me and know of any good vintage clothing stores in NYC to buy costume pieces from? I was thinking of using a green top hat, bustier, wings and flowy skirt. I would love to hear some other suggestions.
