He died a couple months ago..this was the first time i heard the song, 2 of our friends performed it for his burial..it was Black Crowes she talks to angels..they rewrote it a little..replace she with he...but I miss him..how do you deal with it when someone committs suicide?

she has been there since she has been 2. her dad has only been present off and on. never living with her. now that she is 14, he wants her to come live with him. he is the one who does have custody, he never gave custody to his mom although that is who she has been with since she was 2. i have visitation. my daughter does not want to go to her dads to live. she wants to stay with grandma. what can i do to prevent him from taking her? what are her rights, what is my rights, what is grandma's right? what do i do? i am need of answers fast!!
