I work in an office, do a bit of exercise, but I'm sure what I DO uses more calories than I consume. Breakfast usually comprises of a bowl of cereal, ie Crunchy nut cornflakes, and lunch is usually Fruit, 1x Apple, 1x Pear and a banana. And my dinner is NEVER fried food its always health health health food!!

How come My weight aint shifting??

Is swimming a GOOD exercise to help? I would have time to fit maybe an hour a morning in before work??

Tips please, HEEELLLLPPPP

My bf used to always asked me to move in with him, and I told him I would not move in with him unless he asked to marry me...we have been dating for 6 years. Finally, we talked about how important it was for me to be married before I move in with him and he said I was rushing him..and I said after 6 years you should know if you are willing to marry me or not and he says I know we will end up together...

After a few months he stopped asking me to move in, and then one day while we were hanging out he said "so you really wanna get married huh" and I said "yes, I love you, I think we are very happy together and I think we are capable of spending the rest of our lives together" and he said " well, you know we can't rush things...we should make sure we are ready. Ready to move in together, be together all the time and etc."
If he kept asking me to move in, but doesn't want to marry me because he is not READY...what does this mean?

Things were going great & looking back on all the things he said and did I know that he really loves & cares 4 me - he was the one who made all the moves and chased me relentlessly and I always responded i never teased or played hard to get. 3-4 weeks ago we had a huge fight and i haven't heard from him since. I called him about a week afterward to ask if we were still ok & he said he needed some space, i said to him if he could say he didn't love me anymore i'd walk away and leave him be but he said "i can't say that". The twist is that he is in a long term relationship which has been dead in the water for years (i know this coz we were met as friends years ago and nothings changed) & they have kids together. After 3-4 weeks do u think he's coming back or has he settled for staying put for the kids coz that was a big deal 4 him when we talked about him leaving and us getting together permanently? How much time do I give???? I don't know about guy things like this!!!

I have a friend who is a bartender and she suggested putting my 100% agava (sp) tequila in the freezer and serving straight from the freezer. I have never heard of this before but I'm also more a whisky, scotch fan myself, and I'm just trying something new. Any help would be great. thanks
