This is my first time being pregnant and I'm only 3 months but worry about what's going to happen after I have my baby. Will I be really stretched out afterwords? Will sex be less satisfying for my partner and I?

Mom of 4 here. I ask my husband this all the time. He says it is the same as it always was. In my opinion the 6-8 week waiting period after having the baby makes them forget a little about what it was like and they are just so happy to finally get some again. Friend of mine has 8 kids and her husband said the same.

Contrary to popular belief, you will pretty much return back to normal. Men tend to over-worry about things like that, but in reality, the vagina eventually returns to it's normal tightness.

Also, like a lot of other people said, you can do Kegel exercises. Just tighten things up like you are holding your pee, hold for a few seconds, then release and repeat. It's also good to do these *during* pregnancy because it strengthens your vaginal muscles and makes tearing less likely.

Congrats! You must be so excited!! Don't worry you ll be fine. Your sex life will only get better as time goes on! There are exercises you can do though if you want to help to strenghten the vagina.,Just pretend you are going to pee. Relax your muscle then hold it as long as you can relax then repeat. You have nothing to worry about though. Hope you have a painless and quick delivery!

After the birth and after you've recovered from any stitches or tearing down there, start doing Kegel exercises and you will be good as new. I nature made us so we'd be a total mess down there after childbirth nobody would ever have more than one baby!

god i wonder that all the time, its like some guys say they dont want to be with a woman whos had kids cause they are looser, and then theres other guys who dont care, and seem to get off just fine with women who have had 4 kids, so im not sure what to think on that either.

You'll be fine hon. After do the exercise called Kegal (tightening there like you are stopping the flow of urine).

Sex will be just fine.

After the necessary time to heal you will be fine. My wife says that there was no change for her, and for me it has been just as wonderful after two children as before.

It will be a little different, but its not like you're going to be gaping open. You should research Kegel's excersizes for your vagina.
