I will be starting my freshman year in college in about 2 and a half weeks and I was just thinking about the books and class material that I will be needing. And I realized that I might need my books in early so that I have them right away, but I wasn't sure. There is website that works directly with my college to provide the accurate books I will be needing for each course. I just wanted to know from people who have already been in college or are still in college what they did. Should I order them in advanced or wait till I get the syllabus from my professors? I know all the websites and stuff and I know to try to get used books, I don't need that kind of information!

things are really akward between us now, she says that she said no because somebody else asked her out too....and i tried being romantic asking her on the fourth of july with fire works...and she keeps telling me how this other guys was there for her to cry on his shoulders, not to mention she cried on somebody elses shoulders which led to a kiss...i still have feelings for her, but my heart is loosing more blood than i can handle from this puncture.

Hello all,
I am a salaried employee and I work for a private company. I resigned my company a week ago. A few days ago my employer came back and told me I was overdue in the vacation time I took, and that they will have to take those hours from my paycheck. I worked several extra hours for this company and the employer has billed its customers based on my overdue work time I work for them. My question is, is my employer entitled to take that money of my overdue vacation time from my paycheck? Thank you
