Hello,
How did you create your website?
Did you use one of the "free" website scams?
You need to drive traffic to your website. The cheapest way is to create lots of content, many pages of information, because Content is King. Many pages pique the interest of the search engines.
Another way is to buy traffic. You can do that by going to Google AdWords and creating ads. These are the ads you see on the right hand side of Google pages. If you are willing to spend some money, Google will put your 4-line ad on Google pages related to the keywords you select.
Another way is to borrow traffic, but I'm not sure how you do that.
I use Google AdSense on my pages.
There are two kinds of Google ads: AdSense and AdWords.
AdSense ads are placed on your website by Google based on the content and keywords they find on each page of your website. First, you go to Google and sign up for Google AdSense. It's free to sign up and once you have a website, you select the thpe of ad you want to place on your pages, copy the code (usually Javascript) and paste that code into you web page. There are many type of ads: horizontal, vertical, square, etc. The ads can be either just text or banners.
How do you make money? Every time someone clicks on an AdSense ad on one of your pages, you make money just for the click. They do not have to buy anything for you to make money.
The other form of ad is AdWords. These cost you money. You can set up an account for as little as $5.00. You bid on keywords related to the content of your website. Some of these cost $.10 a click. So every time you get a click, it cost you $.10. You can set a limit on how much you want to spend, say $10.00 a month. Then when the click rate goes to $10.00 in a month, the ad is removed by Google.
You have to create the ad yourself and you are limited to 4 lines. The first line is the title which must be 25 character or less, then there are 2 lines of text which must be 35 characters or less and finally your URL.
Everything you need is provided by Google wherre you will find a plethora of information.
Next, you need to create a sitemap for you home page. Both Google and Yahoo! accept sitemaps and you only need to do it once and it's automatic from then on whenever you create or change a page. You need to login to Google at this URL
(http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ login) and set up an account.
If you do not see a URL on the My Sites page, which is the default page after logging in, Google does not know about your sitemap.
If you do not see your site's URL on the My Sites page, add the URL in the Add Site field just below the Google logo, then click the OK button. Use the full URL (ex., http://www.your-domain-name.com).
Google will verify that your site has been added. It will ask you to verify your ownership. See the Google help page for more information: (http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35659)
Then, do the same to create a sitemap for Yahoo! Click on (http://submit.search.yahoo.com/free/request ).
Google Sitemaps submission is the equivalent of MSN!'s graphic-challenge submission, except it's the whole site. It proves that a human is asking for those pages to be submitted. And since they know it's a human doing it, this procedure allows you to submit all your pages at once, AND to update Google every time you add or change a page.
What's in it for Google? It's much easier to be fed a perfect Sitemap in the structure you want than to go out and spider through an entire site.
A WIN-WIN situation!
Hope this Helps,
Walter A. Brown

Go to Google. Click on "About Google" at the bottom of the page. On the next page, on the right hand side where it says, "For Site Owners" go down that column to "Submit your content to Google."

You need to implement domain forwarding. First you have to get a domain name and then you can forward your domain to the different search engines. Check out GoDaddy.com
