At the end of the group interview, the interviewer said she’d get back to us in about a week to tell us if we got the job, but I was wondering if they called a little earlier or a little later than a week. I was given a letter of acceptance and have had nothing but raving reviews. The business manager has it out for me and has pulled strings enough to have the offer withdrawn. There are no fulltime positions as hotline counselor until me. I have been getting almost 120 hours every 2 weeks and have been busting my @$$ here. My boss says he is going to the mat for me and I hope he gets it through. I need the insurance and w/ so many hours I need to earn time off as well. Can they withdraw an offer like that if it was not withdrawn for work performance? Have any advice?

I wasn't a huge fan of Mel Gibson before his anti-jew tirade, but now I have begun to respect the man for stepping up. He's not a coward like most you are. He has a backbone and he speaks his mind. There are far and few in between these days who will lay it all out there and Mel Gibson is one of them.
Everyone else is a leech who feeds off you in Hollywood, but not Mel, he's a powerhouse who makes great movies and he sticks it to the JEWS.
There is nothing wrong with his point of view. I can respect it. I am not anti-jewish, that is important to know. I am not writing this to incite any hatred. I am writing this because an innocent man can't speak his mind in the US anymore for fear of backlash.
Mel Gibson cannot be discounted as a 'drunkard' and a 'loser'. He is a powerful force and I stand by with his character.
Yes he was drunk, yes he drives a new 06' Lexus LS 450, but no he didn't mow down some innocent orphan on the road. He said a few things and let him be.

I have already spoken to her about this. I am pretty sure they are having sex, but are using protection. I am reasonable about allowing them to see each other, and am disappointed that when I've told her he can't come over (since they've already seen each other what I feel is enough for a few days), she'll disobey and either sneak out or sneak him in. In most other areas, I do trust her. I need help! Please, no remarks about hitting her or anything! I She is extremely stubborn, and they both feel this is "the" relationship (a lasting one, in other words). I really like him, and in fact when he pretty much had nowhere else to live a few months ago, he stayed here often (slept on the couch). Now, I feel they are both betraying my good nature and trust by doing this.

I have bad ankles and have sprained them both more times than I can count but this feels different. After twelve hours, I can barely walk on it and the pain is much worse than when it happened. The bone of my outer ankle swelled up and was huge but has gone down some. The top of my foot is also very swollen and the ball of my feet and toes are a little numb. I've stayed off of it and kept it elevated all this time, but when I do have to get up, it feels like the top of my foot is "crunchy?" It's also warmer than the other foot - but not hot. I know if it's just a sprain, they'll wrap it and tell me to stay off it. As I said, this doesn't feel like my other sprains have. My husband says that I would have a fever if it's broken. I know only an x-ray can say for sure but I really don't feel like sitting in the ER with 3 kids on my birthday to be told it's just a sprain. Any medical professionals or people with ankle breaks that can offer advice? Serious answers only please

I thought It would be convenient being so close to home. Plus I knew the layout and where the shops were etc.

However the food was terrible, the room was untidy, the bed lumpy.
The sevice was diabolical.
To top it all I was charged £120 a night.

I am trying to setup a marine aquarium. As i don't have a sea nearby, i need to find alternate ways to make ocean/sea water at home. So i need to know what is the difference between the sea water and the water we can prepare. (Home preparing: Mixing water with rock salt).
