Your phrase is:

It is incorrectly spelled, but I'm sure you knew that already. The sentence should read:

"Amiga, te gustaria aprender espanol?" The n in "espanol" should have the "~" above it.

Anyway, that sentence means: "Friend, would you like to learn Spanish?"
