I thought It would be convenient being so close to home. Plus I knew the layout and where the shops were etc.

However the food was terrible, the room was untidy, the bed lumpy.
The sevice was diabolical.
To top it all I was charged £120 a night.

Who do I complain to?

Did you take out travel insurance? If you did then try to claim your money back through them. If you suffered any injury or food poisoning during this week from hell you were forced to endure whilst having a well earned rest from work then contact a solicitor and sue the owner of the property. Otherwise contact a psychiatrist and see why you are having these problems with self neglect!!
