I was told of someone who visited saunas in the past somewhat often. Is this due to a sexual addiction, easy access, rejection issues? the thrill of it,Or a habit? Can one have a relationship with this person,or will they most likely continue to visit saunas/ prostitutes, when he is bored, ect? I am asking men who visit these places or women with men who have, for their input. I noticed that there is not much information from mens view about this, and I am very curious about what is the thought process. I was naive about this until recently to be honest, because I was biased and believed it was only perverted people or sex addicts that did this, and I realize that this previous belief was ignorant. Also what do you think of the women? Really what I am asking is what is in your mind thought process, and how you feel after, and if you can sustain a serious relationship with someone that you care about and meet each others needs without visiting a sauna, prostitute?

Here is a legal scenario I wonder if is legal and enforceable as a contract in the State of Ohio, and other States.

Joe owes a legal debt of $1000 to Tim. Joe can’t afford the full amount of the debt, so he issues a check to Tim for $200. On the back of the check is fine print, which says:

Payee, Tim, agrees that by cashing, endorsing or signing considers this debt of one thousand to be paid in full.

Tim cashes the check, but ignored the fine print and later refuses to consider the amount paid in full. How would this play out in court? Your best educated guess. Is there any case law on this?

If you don’t have a J.D. after your name, or working on one, or don’t know what the letters stand for, please give your fingers a rest and sit this one out.

I personally think that not having an avatar here decreases your chances of receiving a Best Answer.
Look at your best answers, see how many of them are from people without avatars, compared to the number of people here with similey faces instead of avatars.
Also, this is kind of how it is in real life, where people will usually choose the more visually pleasing person over the plain-faced person.
This isn't a serious concern; just asking out of curiosity.

I'm not talking about bulking up, but becoming muscularly defined and very fit like a triathlete. It's infinitely better for your health than other things like wearing high heels, but none of my friends who are girls will work out with me stating that they don't want to look guyish, or something like that.

First of all that can't happen unless you do some serious weightlifting and consume a gazillion calories. Other wise you'll still look "womanly". I told my friends this, but they won't do it. However they'll cavil about their lack of fitness.

Obviously not all women are this way, but it seems to me that most women are far concerned with how they look than with how healthy they are. And will even do things that make them feel worse, as long as they think it will make them look better. Why is this?

I called Dillard's, and they no longer carry Shisseido cosmetics. I am having trouble finding someone who does. I am especially interested in their lip gloss, and ther moisturizers. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.

Anyone think you actually get more usage per ounce out of body wash - and therefore theoretically cheaper... since the bar of soap will wash away (melt/dissolve) from non-use while you actually get to use every drop of the body wash?

During the first conflict with Iraq (Senior Bush’s administration), the US had a defensive ground weapon that knocked incoming enemy warhead from the sky.
They made a very big issue about it, but some times the defensive rocket was released too late and the enemy’s rocket hit the ground (I think it was in Israel).

Hezbollah rockets are hitting their marks, where are the rocket interceptor?
How come we don’t hear anything about it now?
Or did it never really worked?

Does anyone recall? Thanks

21 I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
1 John 2:22 (New King James Version)

Come on, you got to be kidding me. So this Bible is saying believe in Jesus or you go to hell; then it has all this stuff about non-Christians being liars.

Isn't this evidence of cult behavior and brainwashing?

Is verse 23 anti-semitic?
