You can at times develop nausea, sweating, feeling hot, faint, and so on just before a BM because of stimulation of your autonomic nervous system. This is the part of the nervous system that is responsible for all the "automatic" functions of your body, for example maintaing adequate blood pressure.
These symptoms are usually associated with constipation, so adequate daily fluids, plenty of fiber in your diet, daily exercise, enough sleep etc., will make those symptoms less of a problem. The symptoms are usually not harmful, but your body is telling you that you are not taking the best care of it. In some cases, people can actually faint from severe constipation.
So, take good care of you, and learn to listen to your body.
