* Corinthians 9:20-22: To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews; to those under the law I became as one under the law -- though not being myself under the law -- that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law -- not being without law toward God but under the law of Christ -- that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak.
* Romans 3:7: If through my lies God's truth abounds to His glory, why am I still being condemned as a sinner?
* Philippians 1:18: In every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Jesus is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice.
The veracity of everything that Paul stated and wrote is called into question by the fact that these quotes are found in the books he himself authored. Or, did he?>

Yes. It brainwashes people into thinking its their life to be in religion. Religion is not necessary to live. I am a Christian, but I do not believe. It is all BS stories changed over time. Jesus was a man that probably cleaned someones eyes from mud with some water so they could see. Its a history altered for 2000 years. Who knows, maybe he was alive even earlier, they made the calander that way, and we still follow it to this day. I gurantee there is no afterlife.

Wow...you actually got this one right (mostly).
Believe in Jesus, or deal with the price of sin on your own. As we all fall short of the goal of perfection, we do not pay for the price of sin. Without Jesus, we are damned to Hell. If you want, you can call this anti-semitic, anti-buddhist, anti-muslim (they don't believe Jesus was the Christ, just a prophet), anti-hindu, anti-anything-but-Christian. I prefer to call it the Gospel. Amen!
Also, read carefully. It does not say "those who do not believe in Christ are liars." It says "those who deny Christ are liars." There is a subtle difference.

Yep, it's a tautology.
Theology = Brainwashing. By definition.
This is a typical example of aggressive theology in the New Testament.
The old testament, of course, is just aggressive.... Here's a particularly nice example from Deuteronomy 13:12-15.
If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you; Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
Yes - kill all the unbelievers!!!
And christians accuse the muslims of violent terrorist conversion...

Some people tell a lie without knowing it as such...because they have not learned the truth. John is telling us here that those who have seen and heard the truth of things, yet stubbornly DENY that it is truth, are liars. If you don't know yet, you just don't know. You might say something untrue, but you're not a liar in the same way as someone who denies a truth that they KNOW.

In context, the scripture you quoted is how you can identify a false prophet. A false prophet is one who misleads the people to think there is another way to get to heaven outside of faith in Jesus Christ. Romans is my favorite book of scripture, but it if you are new to reading scripture, you might want to start with the book of John. The book of John is very easy to understand and when you read other books after John you will see the message is the same in every book.. that is God loves the world so that he sent his Son to pay for our sins. The only way to eternal life in heaven is by obeying God's Law perfectly which only Jesus could do, or to put your trust in the one who did obey the Law perfectly because he promises to forgive all the times we failed to obey the Law when we look to him in faith.

i can't see how someone can be called a liar because they don't believe what is written in a book. Who is to know that the author of the book is not himself a liar, who fabricates stories. It's just a book of stories some people choose to take seriously. All religions are cults

Christianity is an ancient cult where the bible is brainwashing. All religion is is brainwashing and setting appart a few people who supposedly can commune with the god and have to pass his word to those unworthy of the direct contact with the higher power. But if people abandon religion and listen they can commune with the higher power

Well since all religon is brainwashing, the answer is; yes.
Knowledge and thinking are the enemies of religion, and they make no bones about it either.
Look at genesis for the first and best example. God tells Adam and Eve not to eat the fruit from the tree of KNOWLEDGE. So what he's saying is "stay stupid kids or else".
Thankfully most of us have evolved past the need for such nonsense.

You interpret the Bible waaay too literally. Christians don't think all non-believers are going to hell. (one of the reasons I don't like the King James Version, the wording sucks)

Instrument of brainwashing. Jesus is a made up figure because the Jesus of the New Testament did not exist.
