Why is it when I pose a question in a non English Q&A website, I get reproved instead? I mean no answers, just !@#$$@#$!!!

I dont understand why they just throw out any idea of the creator of the human race out the door!
Maybe god is not all you realy think that he is.
Maybe he is the creator that wants to be perfected upon.
We all know that he did not make the universe.
Yet he could of made the human!
You cant just dismiss 370,000 or more versus in a bible thats nuts!

Well there is the case that some people say they like the fur because the friction is stimulating, but then aren't pubies kinda nasty, if they just rub you raw till it hurts. Also they tend to get in the way too, like getting stuck in your teeth (or braces, for those who have'em). Personally, Smooth is very sensual. If I wanted to snuggle with a furry creature, I'd get more pets (I'll probably get another cat). Caresses are much more delightful with silky tenderness.
But, understandably there are those who do prefer a little friction just because it ads a raunchy quality to - well you know what I mean.

Okay, I have index.html divided into 3 frames, 15%/85% rows, the top being the banner for my site. Then I divided the85% in the same ratios, the left being the sidebar...
Lol, what I am asking is that I want the very top frame (banner one) to be a picture, but how can I assure that it will look the same on all browsers? Also, the frame sizes change, won't my picture be displayed wrong then? Here's the source...

i put my tomatoes in the ground from the pot about amonth ago , I have 4 plants total well 2 grew really tall about 3 feet but still no tomatoes , it will bloom yellow flowers but still no tomatoes , the other 2 didnt grow hardly any they are about 1 foot tall each but i have a small tomatoe on each .Why am i growing tomatoes on the little ones but not the big ones ?
