Yes. It depends what you want to do and what hacking programs you are using.

You can find out what city and stat they are in. You can log into their PC (assuming they dont have sufficent security). You can do many things.

If the person doesn't have any securities set up and the person has the knowledge to try to hack in then yes. If you are concerned about the security of your home machine look into security protocols. There are some basic ones built into your operating system if you are running Windows or MAC. (I don't know much about UNIX or other operating systems.) Start by going through your computer's help menus or consult an expert (or research it yourself online). You can set up a firewall for additional safety. It all depends on what your set-up and concerns are. A home PC doesn't need as much protection as a large corporation, for instance.

its possible... but it needs experience in hacking,hv to overcome firewalls.....
