I am planning to buy a house. With so many small and large lenders available, I am kind of overwhelmed.

If I do a comparison using "Bankrate.com" as an example, I get a lot of competitive offers. But how do I know which one is real?
I hear that some lenders will pull your leg with an attractive rate, but they will then hit you with points and fees at the signing day (even after providing a GFE early on)!

How do I find a reliable lender, with competitive rates?

this is my worst fear, me and my ex broke up 6 mth ago i still love her but also accept she does not feel the same way about me although she does still like me , we have kids together and i feel obviously i have lost my family even though i still see all of them.
she said she wants to be single until the kids grow up but i know it is inevitable that if we never get back together she will meet someone else.
i love her and wouldnt cause any trouble and want her to be happy but the thought of someone else making love to her and been around my kids and enjoying the times with them that i want just makes me feel gut wrenchingly sick!
just wondered do you get used to the idea if you still love that person or is it going to hurt like a mother ffer? and hurt all the time
i know this will be a while off but i cant help the way i feel.

Has anyone read the book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. OMGOSH its bloody fantastic. I loved it, i keep on reading it over and over. Its soo adicting, and she's just a fabulous writer. I myself started to fall in love with Edward myself. Does anyone know when the sequel is coming out. I heard that it comes out in October, but i kinda want to know the date and i'm not sure either.

Oh and does anyone know some information about the movie being made?

If any of you have not read this book, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer its fantastic. Look it up on google or something if you want to know more. But if you need a book to read, this is sooo seductive and addictive...in a good way....read it, you'll love it! And then tell what you think about it!

I have a back problem. I woke up for work and couldn't move. So I went to the emergency room and was givin a doctors excuse for wed. thurs. fri. of the rest of my work week. I went and seen my family doctor and he put me off the rest of the next week. I had him fill out my FMLA papers and turned them into work. They still terminated my employment. Now they do have a point system for termination and missing that day put me over the points to be terminated but being on FMLA I thought that you were not suppose to have anything held against you, for being off of work? Please let me know what I can do.
