Suppose I dont believe that there is a god or several gods or any sentient being out there. However, I dont think that religion is bad. Its great if a group of diverse people can be brought together under the ideas of certain morally correct behaviors and beliefs. Regardless of wheather anultimate god exists, if belief in his teachings encourages people to do good, then i'm all for it. Religion starts to get bad when it stops promoting coexistance and love and starts codemning any group with different ways of practicing. I read about atheism, but that seems like it scorns people who do believe in a divinity, and I dont think that it's right to discriminate people for their beliefs(so long as they're positive). I also dont think that we should only do good in this life so as not to be punished when we die. I think people should do good while they're here because its the right thing to do, and when you die, you're dead. :-) Any response, imput, or advice would be appreciated!

What do you do to someone who has been mean to you and why? People can be mean by judging you by your appearance, what you wear, name-calling, stereotyping you, and gossiping.

I have been "seeing" this guy for several months. I sure I am not the only one. Anyway Thursday I stayed with him and listened to all these things that I hoped he was sincere. Friday night I go to his work only to see him getting out of some chics car, so I showed my a** to him. Some girl I barely know was standing up for me which ticked him off cause I shouldn't share our personal life. Last night I was hately to him and when he went to kiss me I pulled away from him. Now he said that is childish, I agree but sh** happens. I talked to him at 5 am only to hear that I am whack, but he loves me. Now its 6 pm I haven't heard from him, I left him messages apologizing and asking him to return my call ALL DAY I've done this. Now I am badly broken hearted, do I continue to try to get him to call or set it be and look for someone better?

I have a really long reading list for college this summer and I couldn't find all the books at my library and when I asked how long it would take if my library ordered them, they said several weeks. But I'll be in college by that time. Is there any way I can read them online or something? Like is the Google library open yet?
