No, if you buy a turbo kit, it shouldn't have flames coming out the tailpipe. What causes this, is unburnt fuel getting past the engine and such. If you have a cat on your car, most likely it shouldn't do that, as the cat is supposed to catch them unburnt fuel, and help complete that burning process.

get a coil pack hook it up through a switch in your car then to the 12 volt battery, then get a spark plug and a spark plug wire drill a hole near the end of your tail pipe but not too close to the end then screw the spark plug in the hole. next make sure you hook up the positive wire from the coil to the battery after you do all of this. then crank your car give it about half throtle and flip the switch out comes the fire as long as you have the switch on but when you do this make sure that u dont let off of the gas if you do your engine might catch on fire by back flow. when you are done shooting flames make sure you turn the switch off (the flame will stop) and let off the gas.

You can always buy some cheap toilet paper and stick them in the tailpipes, and when no one is watching you can take a match and light them on fire and go down the road really quick and no one will ever notice.

No, and generally you can't. You'd need to inject raw fuel and air into the exhaust system and provide a source of ignition. Dangerous stuff, and illegal under pollution control laws for street vehicles.

Generally, people drill holes in the exhaust pipe and thread in spark plugs. Then they wire the plugs to a switch in the car and provide a power supply. When the switch is on shooting a spark un-burned fuel is ignited....

you have to run a line to the exhaust manifold coming from a tank of butane(from your BBQ)then you have to drill one hole on each tail pipe where you will put an spark plug (make sure you weld a nut so you can thread it on it)then connect the two of them to your distributor and......WALLAH you got it
MAY I ADD THIS ITS NOT SAFE OR LEGAL
