Am happy living in Glasgow but having a job and career is important to me and I can only find employment in what I've trained in overseas. Have to decide whether I have friends and family around me and be unemployed or go to the other side of the world and have a job but have to start again. I don't have a boyfriend or anything apart from the above to keep me back but still can't decide, would appreciate some intelligent answers please.

This 1970's music piece is totally instrumental with no lyrics. Various horns and bass guitar are dominent; & periodically throughout the piece there is a sound that resembles a big spring being sprung.
Music style= fast paced funky/ rythem.

Never late w/pymnt loan 2.5yrs old. new appraisal makes Ltv is where it needs to be. Bank wont take increase in value due to improvments (add hardwood floors,finished full basement & replaced paneling w/ drywall & insulation,new 6 panel doors,oak crown molding& trim) 2 houses next door sold for 289k&186k both needed updating & 2nd had 1/2 the sqft of mine.I owe 142k.Bank only take improvements if its an inground pool,sprinkler,added room or garage. Improvements only must raise value 17k.Is this standard practice for PMI removal?Have good interest rate,hate to have to refinance. I have Excellent credit score never late on anything.

I really like my friend, and like to hang out with her once in awhile, but it never fails, her boyfriends always hit on me. I am single, successful, have a very good job as a nurse and I think they see me as a better catch because she has 1 kid in prizon, no money, no home and to be honest drinks quite a bit and has no ambition. How would you handle this? She wants to go out with her new boyfriend and me. I dont wanna have this guilt. It has happened at least 2 other times. Should I tell her or just pretend it doesnt happen. She has a new boyfriend and she and I have been friends since high school and we are 43 yrs old.

Where I live, there's been so much humidity and thunderstorm activity....flooding, lightning fires, you name it.

Every thing fuel related is replaced other than the Fuel injection. It tries to start as long as I am cranking the key, I can even rev the motor. As soon as I let the key go back to the on position the motor dies but the instrument panel stays lit so I dont think It could be the ignition could It?
