will layers make my hair look shorter or longer i want long layers my hair is to my bra strap and i want my hair to be long i had layers when my hair was long almost to my butt again and i had to cut it off because it was really burnt i want my hair long with layers again will layers make it look longer or shorter

Whenever I've had a girlfriend, they always been nasty to me, or gone behind me back, or do bad things. Why me? I've never done anything to hurt them, upset them, nothing! They always loved me for who I was, but then that would always change and they'd dump me for stupid reasons. I just want my dream gf so badly but feel she aint gonna come :(
