i know these people that live close to me, and they have a goat. my friend talked to the owner and he said that they are going to sell the goat at a fair and turn it into meat unless otherwise. so i was thinking that I could buy him with my friend jazz. is it really worth it to buy this goat or not...help please!!!

my best friend got homesick last night at my sleepover. she did not go home but called her mom to make sure she was ok. now i'm scared that her mom will hate me and never want me at her house again. my friend emailed me this afternoon and said that her mom was not mad at me. but im stilll worried about the other girls moms finding out than getting mad at me. is this all my fault. i feel so awful. help me.

I purchased an investment property last year whose price was based around an appraisal which I now believe to be inflated. In looking at other appraisals, the numbers used are very different. They used $4500 per full bath and my other appraisals used $10,000 per bath. I believe this company inflated the "comps" current value to inflate my value and then my sales price.
This happened in Cape Coral Florida. Please serious answers by professionals only. This is one of 5 errors I have found on the report.

This person has been an intimate friend and I had been led to believe that they were trying to straighten out some bills and then go in a rehab. Not long ago they admitted that was not their intention, in this situation with being a Christian and years invested in this relationship what would you do?? It was sad to see a legend bowing out of football after a long spell.Bergkamp was probably one of the best strikers not only in Netherlands but in the World. I am not a fan of Arsenal but I admired him as a player. He brought quality and class to Arsenal. I am sure Arsenal will miss him greatly.
