will layers make my hair look shorter or longer i want long layers my hair is to my bra strap and i want my hair to be long i had layers when my hair was long almost to my butt again and i had to cut it off because it was really burnt i want my hair long with layers again will layers make it look longer or shorter

I think layers are meant to give long hair more of a "style" and also make it look more thick. As for whether it looks longer or shorter, it will probably depend on how many layers you cut (the more, the shorter it will likely look) and how short those layers are (the shorter, the shorter your hair will look).

u can't really tell but when i got my layers it looked shorter than longer cuz u r still gettin it cut

yes and no. if you have wavy hair (like me) you should grow it down to your breast level then put long layers. thats the onnly way it makes it look a lot longer. if you have straight sleek hair than yes too.

It will make it look shorter. If you have thin hair it will look awesome!! With thick hair puffy. Women to woman. I have super thick hair
