Dang marijuana popped into my head as an answer too, but I see it's already on here. Something else is chamomile tea and peppermint tea. Also smelling peppermint scented things would help too. Good luck & ....Don't Panic! (Ever read Hitchicker's Guide To The Galaxy)...

kava kava
or maybe st johns wort
go to a good natural food store and ask

they should have a boot there called
"the prescription for natural healing"
in the book it is called Anxiety Disorder
on pages 131-134 of my old copy

it mentions many things
calcium, magnesium, zinc
I would think potassium would be good (eat a banana)

I wouldnt reccomend weed unless you know how it effects you when you are stressed...it can amplify feelings both good and bad or make you paranoid.

good luck
