The reason was failure to substantiate absences. I did substatiate them per company policy and did use more time than our company allows annually. Every abscense was medical realted and I brought a letter from the Doctor ech time , followed by insurance statements confirming the dates in question. I am losing my sight in my right eye gradually and had surgery schedule for July 12. SInce my termination was retroactive to the unpaid suspension date of April 27, my health insurance was canceled retroactively to then as well. I was offered Cobra but it will not take effect in time to help me plus I must now pay all the Doctor bills since April 27 and full prescription prices back to then. I am an over 50 adult with ADHD and Panic Attack Syndrome. I was denied unemployment benefits, not given an exit interview, I had to sign in/out daily-no one else ddid. Another emp was helped to get medical leave for his illness, another was allowed to work part-time-I felt shame and picked on HELP!

ok.. I know I'm small as my clothing size is small.. but I used to be smaller and felt better about my body.. now I feel fat... I never skip breakfast, but only eat a cracker or 2.. I don't eat much for lunch.. and my parents say my dinner plate looks like I'm 7 years old.. eating is always an issue, I've had an eating disorder before... (skipping more than 1 meal a day) I just like to be thinner again, because it made me feel better... anyone knows this problem?? (please only serious answers.. I know how hard it must be for overweight people to loose weight, but it's also hard if you want to be thinner while everyone keeps says you look fine... that's so hard about having an eating disorder..)

My daughter learned this nasty habit from her father! He's bitten his nails since he was a child and wont stop for anyone, despite my anger about it or the affect it has on our kids. He is TRYING to be more careful about biting them while she's around, but he still does it when she can see. I cannot get him to stop. Can I get my daughter to stop? I tried the bitter stuff for almost a month now, and though she has cut down, she still bites them. I am continuing to punish with time outs and have tried spanking a couple of times, but nothing works. Other than getting a divorce and getting sole custody (lol) is there ANY hope of dealing with the problem in my daughter while she is still young?
