That this whole question and answer point system setup (when best answer is chosen by the asker) promotes a very socialist "whoever is like me gets rewarded" type of mentallity rather than an "I realize I'm not perfect so please guide me toward enlightenment" way of thinking, when the question involves a political or religious criteria.

Anyone else see a parallel between that and the strong divisions being formed in our country?

my great- nephew ashton(3 yrs old) has (had!) a beautiful boxer named lennox and he has been dognapped by a so called friend.
ashton's family was in the process of moving into another house but due to circumstances beyond their control would not be able to move in for 2 months. so a friend volunteered to be the foster parents until they were settled.well now time has come to pick lennox up and she won't return calls, answer the door etc. lennox is 4yrs old full blooded boxer with papers which the family does have. the local county office says they'll have to sue. doesn't sound right to me surely they are other ways without starting a battle with this woman. any ideas other than the obvious kick some tail.

My best friend likes another guy friend of mine, and all the signs point that he likes her back, but if u ask him he avoids it and wont tell you how he really feels. He will be like shes not what im looking for right now, but im not saying i will never go out with her. he gets jealous when shes with other guys and yet if he goes with other girls he expects her not to get jealous. She is trying to move on but it seems like when she does he sweet talks her back to hang out. Im so confused. I dont know what to tell her and i dont know how to talk to him about it! Help! :-(
