It is not impossible for an atheist to see the truth of God. It's difficult for them, though, because they have such a difficult time separating the physical from the spiritual. This is why they keep demanding physical "proof". This is why they can't believe in something they can't see.
But I do know this. From great questionings often comes even greater faith. As much as this confession humbles me, my atheist brother, when he did finally come to God, became a much stronger Christian than I, who had always had my faith, could ever be.
Don't give up. But wait on God's timing.

I don't know what God's purposes are, but I like to make guesses sometimes, hoping that I'm not entirely off-base.
It seems that sometimes God allows people to journey apart from him so that their journey back can be of maximum use to others. That is, if I have a story that I was always "found," it is not as helpful to those who are lost as a story about my having been lost then found is.
Also, sometimes God will appear to wait some time before revealing himself because there is something hesitant or over-prideful in the heart of the one who seeks him. It appears that God will more swiftly aid those who have little to nothing in between them and their faith. One who has many blockages may need to work on removing those blockages before God more thoroughly reveals himself.

SATAN SEEKING TO DEVOUR
2Cor.4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
2:Cor4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
John 8:44; Satan was a liar and a murderer from the beginning. Murdered every human ever born.

That is such a hard question. I myself wonder if Gods people are preselected. The bible says My sheep hear my voice they come when I call.
So I wonder myself. However the best answer I can give is to not focus on what God is doing rather focus on his love and stand on his word.We can't comprehend Gods plans so we need to just do what Jesus did and that is just love aand pray for everyone

Essentially, God gave us free will and as a result, we have the freedom to choose whether to believe or not. It is extremely difficult to believe when you can not touch, smell, taste, hear, or see God in the sense that you can see a tree, taste ice cream, hear music, etc. Everyone at sometime or another struggles with their faith in God.

Yes, of course God has a purpose for everyone. Even Atheists. Don't give up hope, when that person's enlightenment comes, it will be powerful, and their faith will be unshakable.

If she wants to believe but just cannot, it normally means that she does not want to really believe at all. She seems "pressured" to "believe". We all know that if one is to believe it cannot be forced upon someone. She probably says that she wants to believe because of her grandson. She is older and more experienced young Jedi. She knows not the path of the dark side, but the "enlightened side"

Don't worry even if they don't believe in God.. they must believe in something that their religion makes them believe but in heaven is like believing in one but people call him/her with different names.. that is what I believe because I don't think God will let them go to hell for miss understanding their confusion...

2 Coriinthians 4:4: says that Satan, the god of this world has blinded their minds. There is hope for those whose eyes are blind, but not those whose minds have been blinded.

What about us heathens, who believe in a God(dess), other than your own? What of us?! We all call upon the same, by a different name.
