My best friend likes another guy friend of mine, and all the signs point that he likes her back, but if u ask him he avoids it and wont tell you how he really feels. He will be like shes not what im looking for right now, but im not saying i will never go out with her. he gets jealous when shes with other guys and yet if he goes with other girls he expects her not to get jealous. She is trying to move on but it seems like when she does he sweet talks her back to hang out. Im so confused. I dont know what to tell her and i dont know how to talk to him about it! Help! :-(

He basically wants your friend to not be able to live with out him, but doesn't want to commit to anything. This is not love, it is vanity. Tell her to shuck this clown and find someone who's not going to play games with her heart.
How should you talk to him? Tell him what kind of a louse he is, and then when he tries to defend himself, tell him to talk to the hand.
