By "we", I'm referring to the United States. I've stopped watching the news because all I EVER hear is about some kids shooting up a school, or multiple murders or a bomb going off somewhere. Not including the Middle East, why don't I ever (or rarely) hear about this stuff happening in Canada, England, France, Spain, etc.? I know there's murder, rape, shootings everywhere (the bombing in the London subway a while back, for example) but why is it happening so often HERE...in the US, the land of the free? The greatest country on earth (some people think)???

I bought this song (My Happy Ending by Avril Lavigne) and waited for it to load. I waited and waited and it still won't work! I tried stopping to download and starting it up again and it still stops at the same place on the download strip every time! What do I do?

Out of all my nice glasses.....I tend to grab my cheap yet favorite fun plastic cups first. I'm sippin' orange outta my Catwoman glass now.
I'm also partial to my Betty Boop, Marvin the Martian...and my Smiley Face cup! For some reason....it makes my water and juices funner to drink!! he-he!!

(And yes, I'm aware than "funner" is not in the dictionary......
But it's in SmileyCat's dictionary....makes sense to me.....!)

Enjoy your fun cups.......your only a kid forever so why not pick one up.....I found mine at the Dollar Store....wee-haa!

crap deleted my question by accident...i purchased a wireless router, which is connected to my dsl modem/router, and i cant get internet access. my main computer (this one) is connected thru the modem, but if i connect it to the wireless router, i cant get access either. and on the computer that i cant access, it doesnt list a dns server under networking properties-status. i know my wireless pci card is working, the green light is on and it says that it is connected. any help would be appreciated.
