you have to reformat..then reinstall. personally i wouldnt put that bloatware back on my machine and would go with a free alternative..find some here:

its not free....must renew with 2006 and if memory serves me correct it's 39.99

You can't - for free anyway. I'd download free antivirus -

leave the nortron and get symantec antivirus. is the best, nortron will slow down ur pc.
