Aloe Vera Gel might help you, once you already have the heat bumps, or calamine lotion.

To try to avoid them in the first place you really have to keep your skin clean and dry and obviously that is where the true problem lies.

You don't mention where you mostly get the bumps - if it's on your face then perhaps a bandana across your forehead to soak up the sweat might help. Otherwise, try to be sure you are wearing cotton rather than manmade facbrics so your skin can breathe better.

Drink plenty of water so that you don't get heat stroke.

i know that this is going to sound silly but it works. wash the area with a mild soap like Ivory or Dove and then pat dry. then apply a thin layer of Vagisil. do this up to 3 times a day it works! vagisil is also great for diaper rash on newborns and is safe and usualy works overnight!
