Now I will admit the bible does tell us to pray, and we can ask for things that we want. But I have heard far too many ppl, both irl and on here, say that they don't believe in God, because they prayed for something and he didn't answer, and or they didn't get what they want.
Do you really believe that you can make ultimatums with God? Most rational ppl at some point or another come to terms with the fact that they can ask there parents for whatever they want, but there parents can say no. Yet when it comes to God, if one prayer isn't answered the way we want we turn away from our faith. Why is that?
