Cut down on caffeine and have your eyes checked. If you wear corrective lenses you may need a new prescription.

Stress can be a big culprit when experiencing daily headaches... Since you said that you have anxiety issues, it makes sense to me that your daily headaches are induced by stress. If you don't think that is it, have you had your eye sight checked recently? Blurred vision, or eye strain, can also trigger headaches. As long as you're taking the Tylenol as directed on the bottle (no more than 2 every 4 hours and not exceeding 12 Tylenol in a 24 hour period) you should be fine...but, to be safe you might want to schedule a check up with your doctor to have your sight checked, and also to speak with them about your reoccurring headaches. Best wishes! :0)

I remember when I was in the same situation, but my headached for three weeks straight 24 hours a day. Come to find out I was having migraines. You might not be getting enough sleep or just very stressed. If it persists after a week and doesn't stop after taking OTC pain medicine, then I would go to the doctor about it.

Drink some Coke or coffee everyday, unless ur doing that in excess already.
Excess caffeine can also be a cause of headaches or migraines. But caffeine can help if the headache is not caused by it.

Sounds like sinus or tension headache. You could be sleeping wrong. Thr sleeping in a different position or use a different pillow. If it is sinus, take some sinus medication. If it is tension, try taking a relaxing bath or spending some time to yourself. You could be dehydrated also, so drink some water.

Actually, caffeine will relax and open the blood vessels in your head which are constricting the blood flow and causing pain. But get eyes checked anyway.

Any other symptoms?
